When a Refund Can Be Approved
Refunds are reviewed after an eligible return is received and inspected. The returned item must match the approved request and meet the condition requirements in the Return Policy.
Refund Method and Timing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. After YSNNOIR processes a refund, banks, card issuers and payment providers may need additional business days before the amount appears in the customer account.
Non-Refundable Costs
- Original shipping fees, handling fees and delivery upgrades where permitted by law.
- Return shipping costs for standard customer returns.
- Customs duties, import taxes and cross-border charges paid to local authorities.
- Gift cards, final sale products and non-returnable hygiene items unless required by law.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
Contact YSNNOIR within 7 days of delivery with the order number, clear photos or video, packaging photos and a short description. After review, YSNNOIR may offer a replacement, repair, partial refund or full refund depending on the issue.
Order Cancellation
Orders can only be cancelled before they are processed, packed, customized or shipped. Once production or fulfillment begins, cancellation may no longer be available.
