Return Policy
This policy explains which YSNNOIR accessories can be returned, how to request approval, and what condition items must be in before sending them back.

Return Window
Eligible items may be returned within 14 days after delivery, unless a longer mandatory period applies under local law. Requests submitted after the return window may not be accepted.
Return Conditions
- Unused, unworn and undamaged.
- Free from stains, scratches, odor, alteration or signs of wear.
- Returned with original packaging, tags, accessories and included items.
- Supported by an order number or order confirmation email.
Non-Returnable Items
- Earrings and body jewelry for hygiene reasons, unless damaged, defective or incorrect.
- Custom, personalized, engraved or made-to-order products.
- Final sale items, gift cards and digital products.
- Items damaged by misuse, improper care, normal wear or unauthorized repair.
How to Start a Return
Email ysnnoir@ysnnoir.com with your order number, checkout email, product name, reason for return and clear photos of the item condition. Do not send an item back until return instructions are confirmed.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect. Use a trackable service. YSNNOIR is not responsible for return packages lost, delayed or damaged in transit.
Delivery Delays and Force Majeure
Delivery and return transit estimates may be affected by severe weather, unusual local weather conditions, customs inspections, government restrictions, strikes, carrier interruptions, transportation disruptions, public emergencies or other events outside reasonable control.
These events may delay delivery, tracking updates, return inspections and refund processing. This does not remove customer rights relating to lost, damaged, defective or incorrect items.
