How do I earn points?

Earning is automatic for Lifetime Members. As soon as your accessory order moves to Completed, we credit your account with 10 points for every $1 of the order subtotal. No codes to enter, no manual claims. Non-members can shop normally, but only members earn and redeem points.

Do points ever expire?

No. Your points are permanent — they never expire while your account is active. Save them up for a higher-tier reward or redeem them sooner. The choice is yours.

What can I redeem points for?

Visit the Rewards page to spend your points on members-only accessories — rings, earrings, necklaces, brow studs, and bracelets in Men or Women styling. Current tiers:

• 1000 pts — Silver-tone statement accessory reward (ring · earring · necklace · brow stud · bracelet).
• 1600 pts — Gold-tone dark luxury accessory reward (ring · earring · necklace · brow stud · bracelet).
• 1800 pts — Signature black-and-gold statement accessory duo.

Where do I redeem points?

Browse the Rewards page, click Redeem & Checkout, and a confirmation popup will ask you to Cancel or Confirm Redemption. Confirming sends you straight to checkout at $0 — fill in your shipping address and contact details, and the points are deducted automatically when the order is placed. No card payment is required, no shipping fee, no tax. The order then appears in the WordPress admin (WooCommerce → Orders) ready to fulfil.

Are reward redemptions refundable?

No. Reward redemptions are final sale. Once you confirm the redemption popup and place the order, the reward item cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded — and the deducted points cannot be restored. Please choose carefully.

Where do I see my balance & redemption history?

Open My Account → Points & Rewards at any time. You will see your live balance, every points transaction (earned or deducted), and your full redemption history with order references.

Do refunds reverse my points?

For standard paid accessory orders, earned points are reversed automatically if the order is refunded, to keep your balance accurate. Reward redemptions are final sale and not eligible for refund.

How do I become a Lifetime Member?

One-time $20 payment, no recurring charges. Visit the Lifetime Membership page to join. Membership stays on your account permanently and unlocks every points earning + redemption benefit.
