How YSNNOIR Rewards Work

Rewards are a members-only benefit. Lifetime Members earn 10 points per $1 on completed accessory orders, then spend those points on hand-finished silver, gold, or signature mixed accessories. Redemptions are paid entirely with points — your card is never charged.

1. Become a Lifetime Member

Rewards are unlocked only after a one-time $20 Lifetime Membership. Non-members can shop, but they do not earn or redeem points.

2. Earn Points Automatically

Once you are a member, every completed accessory order credits your account with 10 points per $1 of the subtotal. Points never expire while your account is active.

3. Choose a Reward Tier

• 1000 points — Silver accessory reward (ring · earring · necklace · brow stud · bracelet).
• 1600 points — Gold accessory reward (ring · earring · necklace · brow stud · bracelet).
• 1800 points — Signature gold + silver accessory duo.

4. Redeem with One Click

Open the Rewards page and choose a reward. A confirmation popup will ask you to Cancel or Confirm Redemption. Confirming sends you straight to checkout with the reward already in your bag at $0 — no card payment is required, no shipping fee, and no tax.

5. Fill in Shipping & Contact, Place Order

At checkout you only need to fill in the shipping address and contact details. As soon as the order is placed, the corresponding points are deducted automatically and the order appears in the WordPress admin (WooCommerce → Orders) ready to fulfil.

6. Final Sale — No Refunds, No Returns, No Exchanges

Reward redemptions are final sale. Once a redemption is placed, the reward item cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded — and the deducted points cannot be restored. Please choose carefully before confirming the redemption popup.

Where do I see my balance & history?

Open My Account → Points & Rewards at any time. You will see your live balance, every points transaction, and your full redemption history.
